Welcome to Casa Cuma! We look forward to starting your day with a wholesome breakfast.
The morning starts with an optional coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the front living room. (There is creamer in the refrigerator.) Please help yourself.
At 8:30AM, we bring Orange Juice to the breakfast table.
Juice is followed by freshly-cut seasonal fruits.
The hot entrée alternates with either a sweet dish or savory dish. The chef decides in the morning what she wants to serve.
A typical sweet breakfast can be:
Stuffed French Toast served with Orange Juice Reduction Syrup and a side of scrambled eggs.
Dutch Apple Pancakes served with Chicken Apple Sausage.
Almond-crusted Challah French Toast served with Peach Syrup and a side of scrambled eggs.
Fruits and Nuts Pancakes served with a side of scrambled eggs.
A savory dish can be:
Breakfast Quesadillas stuffed with Eggs, Cheese and Turkey Bacon served with a mild salsa and sour cream
Breakfast Burrito filled with Eggs, Cheese, Potatoes and Turkey Bacon, served with a homemade mild green chili sauce and sour cream
Breakfast Enchiladas made with Corn Tortillas, Eggs and Cheese served with a homemade mild green chili sauce.
None of our breakfasts are spicy, but we can serve a side of spicy salsa if someone is interested.
From here, the guests are at liberty to enjoy their breakfast, and start their Santa Fe visit, or just hang around and visit with others. Our guests love to meet Santa Feans. Colleen claims that we get the best guests, so we are sure you will enjoy their company also.
Dietary Restrictions or Food Allergies
Please let us know at least two days in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies so that we can shop for proper groceries for you.
If you have an early start in the morning, please let us know and we will set a cereal breakfast in the living room the night before. Thank you.
Skipping Breakfast?
Your plans could change any day, but if you do know that you will be skipping breakfast on any given day, please let us know. This helps minimize any food spoilage. Thank you so much.
