NO HOUSEKEEPING

Due to COVID-19, we no longer provide daily-housekeeping. Our housekeepers do not enter your room during your stay. If you need extra towels or linens, please let us know. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum 14-day notice required. 10% admin fee (minimum $30)

A 14-day cancellation notice is required. With 14 days or longer notice, you pay an admin fee of 10% of your prepayment (minimum $30) plus tax to cover the credit card expenses. (We are charged the credit card fees both when we take the payment and when we give a refund.)

No Refund with less than 14-day notice

With less than a 14-day notice, you only get a refund if we are able to re-book the cancelled nights, otherwise you lose your deposit.

FREE FULL BREAKFAST

A full breakfast with a hot entrée is served at 8:30AM.

FOOD ALLERGIES or DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival.

FREE PARKING

Please pull into any of the 7 parking spaces. Please do not park on the street.

FREE HIGHSPEED INTERNET

Password will be provided at check-in.

PAYMENT TERMS

FULL PAYMENT: If your arrival date is within next 15 days, the full balance including the taxes will be charged at booking.

PREPAYMENT: If your arrival date is more than 15 days in the future, only a half of your total invoice amount (including taxes) will be charged now at booking.

FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance will be charged within 15 days before your scheduled arrival date.

SELF-CHECK-IN 3 PM (or after)

Please let us know if you would like an early self-check-in.

CHECK-OUT: 11 AM.

ROOM CODE

We will send you a door code on check-in day by 3 PM.

NO-SMOKING

No-smoking anywhere on the property.

KIDS OVER 12 ONLY

Kids over 12 are welcome, and count as adults.

NO PETS

No pets, please.

2-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

We require 2-night minimum stay (consecutive nights in the same room, please).

4-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

We require 4-night minimum for Indian Market, Spanish Market, International Folk Art Market, Thanksgiving and Christmas (consecutive nights in the same room, please).
